DSFDF
oil on Yupo 6x8in 15x20cm
This is the portrait I’ve painted for DSFDFswap challenge.
The beginning was hard, I had as a support only a small picture.
After tries and tries, I reached a point of reasonable satisfaction, and I am aware that I’ve learned a lot by persisting;; however I would have liked to improve it, to go on by looking for the very right expression.

Thanks for warm note.I visited your blog , like your style of painting .Its got some kind of contemporary feel
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment you left on my blog. Wow, I didn't know we had anyone as far away as France participating. That's wonderful. Also, I like your painting very much and had no idea you could paint oil on Yupo! I've tried watercolor, but never oils. Now you have my curiosity up. I go to Europe every year with a group of painting buddies. We went to France 3 years ago, and Italy the past 2 years. Just love it over there.
ReplyDeleteAll the best,
Vicki Brevell
