It is the path leading to Sainte Restitude’s beach , in the North of Corsica.
I’ve added this hiker,to get the picture more lively.
Après une longue interruption, j'ai décidé de reprendre ce blog pour y montrer mes peintures, pour la plupart numériques. En effet,depuis environ un an, je me suis initiée à cet art qui était alors complètement nouveau pour moi. Reste donc à appliquer mon apprentissage à de nouvelles réalisations.

LUMIO
Gouache on Jordan paper 6x8in 15X20cm
This little gouache was painted for The Virtual paintout; the subject this month is Corsica, an island I know quite well.
This village, situated in Balagne, between Calvi and l’Ile Rousse, towering above the whole bay of Calvi, was built in the XV th.C.
Sainte Marie baroque church, was built in 1800. It’s 36 meter steeple was finished in 1880. There are several other similar ones in Balagne.
