This painting, for once, was not made for a challenge, I suppose I need a change, and it’s one, maybe, the first time I used a painting knife, it was a start, and a nice experience.Usually I like the details, here I was obliged to leave them, regarding the small size of my painting.

Elles sont tellement belles et et lumineuses vos violettes... Belle toile.
ReplyDeleteCes petites fleurs me font toujours vibrer... Elles représentent l'amour avec un simple petit bouquet. C'est la spécialité de notre ville de Toulouse en France. Et puis en pâtisserie quelle délice que les violettes cristallisées et aussi le sirop de violette désaltère nos enfants...

ReplyDeleteExcellent job, Sylviane! It's hard to believe this is your first time to use a palette knife. I like the dark shadows with the lovely green leaves in the light. Violas are one of my favorite spring flowers.
